Mercy’s Mighty Foundation was formed in loving memory of 6 year old Mercy Cuthbertson who devastatingly lost her life to a DIPG (Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma) brain tumour after a courageous nine month battle. The overarching aim of the foundation is simple, we will strive to support paediatric brain tumour and cancer patients when they need it most.

The Foundation will support children diagnosed with a DIPG (Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma) brain tumour by sending them a Mercy Box filled with lots of exciting crafts. We will also consider craft box referrals for children who have been diagnosed with other types of high grade brain tumours or a cancer diagnosis, helping to ensure that we support as many paediatric brain tumour and cancer patients as possible.

Mercy’s DIPG brain tumour journey was not in vain, her memory and legacy will support other families and give back to those facing the same fight that she did.
